Nasarawa State Sholarship Board 2014/2015 BURSARY SCREENING EXERCISE

The Nasarawa State Scholarship Board wishes to announce to the existing and the potential bursary beneficiaries who are currently studying in various Higher Institutions of learning and had applied for the 2014/2015 Bursary award that the SCREENING EXERCISE SHALL COMMENCE ON 16th MAY 2016.

The screening shall be conducted in the three (3) Senatorial zones of the State: The detailed Schedules of the screening is as follows:


===IN LAFIA===

(1) NASARAWA STATE UNIVERSITY, KEFFI

*16th and 17th May 2016, (500, 400 and 300 Levels students of All Faculties)

*18th May 2016, (200 Level students of All Faculties)

*19th and 20th May 2016, Nigerian Law Students and all students of Institutions outside Nasarawa State)


(2) NASARAWA STATE POLYTECHNIC

*23rd and 24th May 2016, (HND II and ND II of all departments)

(3) COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE, LAFIA

*25th and 26th May 2016, (HND II and NDII)

*27th May 2016, Federal University, Lafia, Nigerian Law Students and Other Institutions around Lafia

VENUE: Conference Hall, Ministry of Education, Lafia
TIME: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Daily

===IN AKWANGA===

(1) COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, AKWANGA

*6th and 7th June 2016, (All NCE III students)

*8th and 9th June 2016, (All NCE II students)

(2) HILL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, GWANJE

*10th June 2016, (NCE III and NCE II)

*11th June 2016, Nigerian Law Students, all students of Institutions around Akwanga zone and students outside Nasarawa State)

VENUE: Akwanga Local Government Chamber, Akwanga

TIME: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Daily

===IN KEFFI===

(1) NASARAWA STATE UNIVERSITY, KEFFI

*13th June 2016, (500 and 400 Levels students of All Faculties)

*14th June 2016, (300 and 200 Level students of All Faculties)

(2) FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, NASARAWA

*15th and 16th June 2016, (HND II and NDII)

*17th June 2016, Bingham University, Nigerian Law Students and All other Institutions around Keffi

*18th June 2016, School of Health, Keffi and all students of Institutions outside Nasarawa State.

VENUE: Keffi Local Government Secretariat; TIME: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Daily


SCREENING REQUIREMENTS (ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS)

#Existing Beneficiaries
1. Taal ATM Xplorer Card
2. Local Government Indigene Certificate
3. Primary School leaving Certificate
4. Last payment School fees receipt
5. Students that lost their ATM Xplorer Cards are to pay N1,000 for replacement

#Potential Beneficiaries
1 Online printed Photo-card with attached used scratched card
2 Admission Letter
3 Local Government Indigene Certificate
4 Primary School Leaving Certificate
5 Last payment School fee receipt
6 Two (2) recent passport photograph

NOTE:
= Civil servants on In-Service training are not allow to attain the screening.
= Students are advice to adhere to this schedules
